But they don't plan to pay. Why do you think the entire Democratic "leadership" acts the way they do? They figure if they appease the thugs, they will be exempted.
Look at the history of the ANC in South Africa and the "liberal" Whites in Rhodesia -- in the end, there were no exceptions. Just those who were shaken down later.
