New York City has a "Republican" mayor (and he's not the first, by any means). Arkansas, California, New Jersey and New York State have had more than one "Republican" governor. Are you saying they are not all Democrat strongholds? A RINO is still considered a Republican, correct? Google Hawaii and you'll see that their congressional delegation has been almost purely Democrat since inclusion. Bzzzzt. Try again...
