It would be “White” like it is on my BC of 1963 or rather the “certified” copy of it from the state of California
The State of California issues Birth Certificates?
My sons, both of whom were born in San Francisco, last I checked issued certified copies at the County Department of Health (San Francisco is both a city and County).
