Time to put the happy juice away.
Apples and oranges.
Caucasian and white have always been synonymous --- in 1940, and today.
In more sober moments you might reflect on the huge difference between "black" and "African."
My B.C. lists -- under Father of child -- color or race:
Caucasian.
Same for Mother of child.
If I my father or mother had negroid features -- not just skin color -- I'm sure I would have been listed as Negro.
African 'race' is the stupidest thing I've ever heard in my life.
It's like saying North American 'race' or South American 'race.'
By the way, the word 'colored' was considered polite -- AND politically correct too!
Black was considered rude and racist!
Calling a 'colored person' African? (nobody would, of course, unless the person WAS from AFRICA) RACIST!
The people who have SYSTEMATICALLY subverted our country's borders, LANGUAGE, and culture -- over the last 45 years or so -- must be having hardy laugh!
WAR IS PEACE -- FREEDOM IS SLAVERY -- IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH!
