Frank Davis had four kids and was married at the time. BHO Sr was a Muslim polygamist, so it was cool. And, Frank raised Obama, not BHO Sr.

The problem I have with "birthers" is that most of them are claiming a very broad right to access private information, not in the "tell me or I won't vote for you" sense, which is of course righteous, but in the "break the law and give me the document" sense, which is not righteous, IMO.
It's borderline if the protected information is disqualifying. I think it's a pretty good argument that if a public official KNOWS a candidate is ineligible that the legal protection doesn't apply.
But if the State of Hawaii KNOWS the man calling himself "Barack Obama" is a natural-born citizen, and the State so certifies, I think that's the end of the story.
That he's a communist and a bastard is our problem, not Hawaii's.
