Perhaps the parents are asked if its okay to release information to newspaper. Perhaps the fact that twins are often premature and initial life is tenuous that the parents did not want the announcement made. We need more information to make any conclusions.
Yes, ‘perhaps’ seems to be the hallmark of this lying affirmative action fraud. It is the only means by which his sycophancy can continue to ignore the facts mounting up that their messiah is a liar and document fraud.

Did he show them? Seeing them would settle the question of microfiche duplicity. Of course, the announcements do not prove his birth location, but it would be good to know if they were really in the newspapers or not.
In such a case as you dsecribe, Obama COULD NOT be impeached, because the Articles would no more apply to him, than to you or me, since he was never qualiified, and thus never truly President, in the first place. He will have to be EVICTED.
