Why does the one on the left (DeCosta’s) say “Date Accepted by STATE Registrar” and the one on the right (BO) say “Date Filed by Registrar”?

Simply put, because:

DeCosta’s original Certificate was "Accepted by STATE Registrar"
... while ...
Obama’s original Certificate was "Filed by (Local) Registrar"

Think hard on that one ... one was Accepted, while one was not (yet it was Filed).

Words mean things.

I know the Obots will have a reasonable explanation for that, just like the out of sequence birth certificate numbers between Obama and the Nordyke twins ...
