If they have to be secretive about it, that should tell you all you need to know. They don't even mention the names of the Republicans in this article. What Republican in their right mind would go along with this, regardless of what they think they've worked out with the Dems? They are fools for even allowing themselves to be suckered in, because we know that most of what they wanted will be taken out in conference.
