The announcement says that they live in Hawaii and has the address. That’s what I was referring to, not the hospital. If Mr. and Mrs. Barrack H. Obama live at that address, then I think it’s safe to assume that he was born in Hawaii. You point out that the newspaper account does not have the hospital, but look at all the other announcements. They don’t have the hospital either. All of them have the same thing, the address.
“If Mr. and Mrs. Barrack H. Obama live at that address, then I think its safe to assume that he was born in Hawaii. “
The point was made earlier that the Obama’s did NOT live at the address in the announcement.
It was posted earlier in this thread.
You can live in Ohio but have your wedding in Hawaii. You’d still put your wedding announcement in the local paper in Ohio.
You know the old saying about assuming anything, right? Along about that same time, my uncle and his family was stationed overseas. My cousin was born there but the announcement back here shows their US address. My cousin has always had to jump through rings to prove US citizenship. BTW, it's been proven the Obama family never lived at the address and most likely mama and papa never co-habitated. Remember, back then single motherhood was simply not done in polite society so heaven and earth was moved to prevent any whisper of such.
