It will be hard to convince anyone (and especially a judge) when the State of Hawaii has made their official announcement.. Judges don't usually accept press releases as evidence. They want testimony and/or certified documentation.
The problem remains getting a judge to ask for or look at, evidence.

The comparison that I was giving was the judge hearing from “granny” and the judge hearing from the State of Hawaii... hence, my statement...
I can hear it now... “But judge, the granny said....” ... LOL...
