IF Fukimo has seen the Hawaiian birth certificate and it has no father listed for ‘father’, then Fukimo could be correct that Barry qualifies—according to the document Fukimo saw—as a natural born citizen because his mother was an American citizen and father is unknown. If Barry was fathered by a high school boy in Washington State and born in Canada and brought back to the U.S. and registered in Hawaii as an Hawaii because her mother claimed to be, Fukimo may be telling the truth as she understands it but the actually full vault records need to be scrutinized for obvious reasons of verifying Constitutional eligibility. Of course, if Barry were to allow the opening of such documents as I describe, he would not just be embarrassed by his lies, he would be criminally libel.
