Well..., in my case — just for example — I only produce a birth certificate where I can’t get something unless I do (like a driver’s license or a passport). If it wasn’t for that, I wouldn’t be producing my birth certificate to anyone who asked either... LOL..
So, why has Obama not produced a birth certificate? Well..., the answer to that one is real simple. There is no legal requirement that, as a candidate he produce one. And there certainly is no legal requirement as President that he produce one.
If people want that legal requirement in place, they are going to have to get state laws which require a candidate to produce a birth certificate or else he cannot get on the ballot.
