Is there a reason why you scanned at such a low resolution?
Did you remove the the attributes in the photo all the way down to the EXIF?
It looks like you scanned at a low resolution and then compressed it.
Can you send up another scan at say 2400 and leave it pristine?

If Polarik comes back and says that what I sent him and this document are NOT the same as the un-redacted version I sent him, I will know he is lying. Certainly he has really hurt his credibility with me.
