So “REV” means “REVISION” number....not “REVISED” date. At least that’s what I’m understanding from you? Assuming that’s true, and it makes perfect sense to me, it seems that would be from Document Expert 101 class, yes?
I hope all the “experts” here will weigh in on this with their explanation.
YHvH's blessings on you and your house.shalom b'SHEM Yah'shua HaMashiachVery interesting analysis.
Wow. It’s unbelievable to me that this thread would all of the sudden go silent after all this has been laid out there to fester.
Version number

I noticed the abbreviation “REV” in the subject evidence and wondered to myself whether this meant what my first impression was of it... A REVISION!!!
Jesus H. Christ!!! (apologies to my fellow Christian freepers.)
What's the old saw? ASSUME, IS TO MAKE AN ASS OUT OF YOU AND ME.
Free Republic posters, in one respect, are no better than the scurrilous posters at the most reviled websites known to man, who are, by and large, philosophically opposed to Free Republic's values.
In other words... POUND SAND!!!
Mesta, THANK YOU!
Rarely in my life have I been so unfairly attacked. I really am floored. I now wish I had not bothered to help Polarik at all. I have not gone through the rest of this thread, so I do not know if he has given me the apology he owes me, but I hope he steps up to the plate.
I know nothing about documents, imaging, photography the science of scanning. I am a housewife going to college raising kids.
Thank you for stepping up and defending me! I greatly appreciate it!

According to the World Fact Book, Oman's ethnic groups are "Arab, Baluchi, South Asian (Indian, Pakistani, Sri Lankan, Bangladeshi), African", and its religious groups are "Ibadhi Muslim 75%, other (includes Sunni Muslim, Shia Muslim, Hindu) 25%". So, could it be that Africans who had migrated to Oman picked up Islam from the Arabs and then returned to lord it over the more primitive folk they had left behind?
I may well do that!> I still have to wait a could of hours to call, they are in a different time zone, its only 6:30 am there now!
Thank you for your comments! I greatly appreciate it!
I have been nothing other than completely honest, and am simply astounded. All I can say is that if Polarik comes back and says that my documents are fake, then we will all know that the problem lay with him. Because everything I have done and said has not only been above the board completely honest, but also done in good faith!
It will be very interesting to see what HDH says, I will be asking for a record of what records were ordered for me and when.
Thank you again!
Danae
WOW! I had no idea that so much information was in a digital picture! Thanks!
Thank you MestaMachine!
Maybe Lamb was confused when people talk about Afro-Arabs, perhaps thinking that is a racial term. African-Arabs or Afro-Arabs are Arabized Africans. Racially, they are African but culturally they are Arab.

Danae, in the interest of getting to the bottom of one aspect of the posted exhibit, I will be trying to call Okubo’s office this afternoon to see what the entry on the lower left corner is meant to designate. I will promptly post what she relates to me on this thread and ping you. I just called and no one yet answers at the number I have recently used on another issue.
That reads like an extract from a user manual or something.
Did you turn up information somewhere that the Hawaii Department of Health uses IBM DB2 Document Manager? This price list from an Illinois software vendor does imply that at least some parts of the state government use it. Did you come across more direct information, or are you just guessing?
Its not yet 9am there.
I will be speaking to the office myself today and attempting to get a copy of all document requests that have been made in my file.
On both issues, I will be anxiously awaiting your apology. And that of Polarik.
Lady, I assure you that if I am in error, having said what I said to you on this thread, my apology will be just as public. You will be due that at the very least.
Thank you sir!~
This is not the same individual to whom I spoke yesterday afternoon when I called (808 586 4542) about the supposed destruction of paper documents that have been digitized for speedy accessing. Yesterday's call had an incredulous clerk questioning where I would hear such a notion since Hawaiian law requires that 'paper documents of all sorts --she named several types including birth and death records, etc-- which are digitized must be retained in archives and maintained into perpetuity'
Ping to you, to keep you informed
