I would think they are working on the tapes trying to get them ready to broadcast. They may be cleaning up all the dead space. it could be a 30 minute tape with only 3 minutes of actual radio transmissions. The rest is dead air. Just a guess. I may be wrong. According to my better half I'm always wrong.

Just PLAY the damn tape and let us decide what is and what is NOT important. If I wanted an edited version I would go to MSPMS or the Clinton News Network.
