You'll notice that the officers radio transmissions are very short and to the point. The chances of hearing Skippy saying anything is slim. Unless, Crowley keys the mike and leaves it keyed for a period of time. I've done that on more than one occasion trying to cover my butt because I could see the potential for problems later.
