Yes, I is, and have decided that my second dog this evening will be German beer mustard and jalapenos and onions.
You know that red onion relish you get in Indian restaurants, makes a nice hot dog topping.
You might try and give your taste buds an adventure by trying Indian pickles - limes, mango, chilis....sounds like you have an adventurous palate :>>
