What happen to the days of adopting needy children. Have we came to a point of adopting so our child can have a playmate.

There is a severe shortage of children to adopt in the USA (thanks to abortion on demand.) The bottom line is there simply just aren’t that many unwanted, needy children in the USA.
That’s why you see so many foriegn adoptions. People that want to adopt simply don’t have the option of adopting a “needy” child.
