You’re right. She was engaged to someone named “Jimmy” (I think that’s his name). Poor fragile flower Jimmy couldn’t handle her being ill so dumped her a$$. Jerk. So she had to deal with a broken engagement along with cancer.
It’s a sad story, but she came out of it with grace and now she has two lovely children. I admire her.
