If Obama cannot get socialized medicine passed with a filibuster proof majority in the Senate, his political capital will tank and he’ll look extremely flaccid. Congress won’t have any reason to listen to him going forward and he’ll risk being perceived as a lame duck. He'll be relegated to policy proposals like school uniforms and midnight basketball.

I don't have a problem with that...AT ALL.

In fact, that would be best for the future of our country...
