According to the 2005 article, the www.africanDNA.com was established in 2004 and was supposed to donate to “The Inkwell Foundation” which looks like it is supposed to give monies to public schools to study geneology and dna in their science departments. The pictures show 1 adult leading a few children, some at hospital doing a jewelry project and others who appear to be severly retarded in a group picture of some kind. And according to the journalist writing the article, Professor Gates has never made a yearly report on his non-profit “Inkwell Foundation” and they thought the charity just never was funcioning.
According to another article, he was just in China to research YoYo Ma’s Asian history.-Hmmmm sounds like a nice trip to take on your non-profit, profits.
