I don’t know why people seem to forget obama’s mother was a US Citizen, born and raised here. I’m not an attorney but I would think that would settle it.

However, I do believe he’s hiding SOMEthing on the BC, and that something is HUGE. Like perhaps who his father is listed as, or who the father is not. And if we want to be completely conspiratorial, maybe the real father AND mother.

In any case, he should be compelled to produce the original.

IIRC, it has to do with his mother’s age, a law in effect at the time, and the fact his father was not an American citizen.

Well, Rush is responsible for getting me on FR. It was a little more than one year after 9/11 on his show and he was talking about “The FReepers at FreeRepublic were going crazy about something”, so I decided to take a look. Been here ever since and have never regretted a moment.

I don’t know the exact law, it’s pretty complex, but at the same time, I don’t mind people digging after the accusations that McCain wasn’t a citizen because he was born to a SERVICE MEMBER in the Panama Canal Zone.
