Tests, choices, end of life care, sacrifices....?
Obama is babbling. He doesn’t even know what he is saying. He got part way through some explanation of cutting costs and said something about hidden costs in insurance for uninsured, but if we insure them, we wouldn’t need any more hidden charges for uninsured. I thought the press would laugh out loud.
It was obvious that Obama realized that he wasn’t making any sense.
