Maybe if he would listen to doctors, they would explain that health care in the United States is badly in need of Tort Reform. Lawsuits raise the cost of health care for everyone because of the increased fees doctors have to pay to insure against lawsuits. Cap the lawsuits and watch health care costs go down.
Maybe, brilliant Obama, the doctor is concerned that if the situation gets worse, the family will blame him and so he does every procedure to be sure. Have you ever had several tests done before a diagnosis? Maybe some you felt were unnecessary?
When our 14 year old daughter went to the ER with unbearable pain, the diagnosis of a ruptured ovarian cyst came after the pregnancy test that we assured them was unnecessary. We were told it is a liability issue.
Ask any doctor, and you will be told Tort Reform is necessary.
