Very simply and in terms that all can understand — if there is a legal requirement, all you have to do is cite the legal requirement and get a court order to view it... (i.e., the birth certificate).

The reason why no one has been able to do that, is no one can cite a law saying that a birth certificate is required to be shown in this regard.

And that’s why I’ve said that the states need to pass legislation making it a legal requirement...

States have not been required to pass specific laws to require the forfeit of the documents which I used in my examples. Birth Certificates are no different.
