Alex Koppelman is a must-read on the subject of Lou Dobbs, and his decision to trust the incredibly strange, discredited conspiracy theories of people like Orly Taitz over the word of the government of Hawaii.
When he brought Keyes and Taitz on his show, he mentioned that he’d asked Taitz, off-air, whether the release of a long form birth certificate would satisfy her. “She said no,” Dobbs told his audience, and then directed the question to her again. “Both parents have to be citizens in order to satisfy the requirements of natural-born citizen,” Taitz responded. In other words, for the de facto leader of the movement, her questions can never go away, because Obama’s father was a British citizen at the time of his son’s birth.
Dobbs, who won a Peabody Award in 1987, is effectively destroying his career with this stuff.

I remember Glenn Beck talked about how awkward it was working over there. I can only imagine what it's like for Dobbs.
I’ve posted about a dozen so far today. LOL
Dobbs has already left (or been run off) CNN once before. I don’t recall the issue but he’s prety resilient. FOX would probably pick him up if CNN desides to cut him off.
The point of all these articles is that this is a non-issue being ramped-up by kooks. But if the enemy is no threat, then why mount such a well coordinated counter attack?

This is interesting, because I’m detecting that the leftists are shifting to using the birther issue and playing around with it now... I think we’re going to see more of this, because the leftists have found the birther issue to be a “tool” for them now...
Here’s what I was saying about it before, on another thread...
Well, here’s how it would work..., if you’re a conservative and you have ever said anything about the birth certificate issue, those leftists are going to know about it. And then, let’s say you’re giving some reasoned points on some legislation being pushed by Obama...
If it starts sounding too good or they can’t counter it — then it’s time to shift over to the “Obama birth certificate issue” — and the leftists will be the ones who raise it.
Then they try to paint that person *as* one of those who believes that Obama is not qualified to be President, because he has not shown a proper birth certificate.
At that point, they’ve just gotten you off your points in regards to Obama’s legislation that you’re trying to get out to the public and over into whether you think that Obama is qualified to be President or not.
The public sees and hears this, they forget all about the points you were making on the legislation that Obama is pushing and now the public thinks the whole issue was about whether Obama is qualified to be President or not.
The leftists love to get the conservatives over into that topic, because it means that this particular conservative can’t talk about the legislation that he originally wanted to talk about.
That’s how it works...
And that’s why the leftists are loving the Obama Birth Certificate Issue as a good issue for them to beat on and divert any conversation away from something else.
It remains to be seen if they can capitalize on the birther issue like I think they are trying to do right now. We’ll see...

It’s a political strategy that they are developing right now, in order to sidetrack the general public from taking some conservatives seriously when they talk about Obama’s policies. They simply shift the topic over to the birther issue and kill any consideration of Obama’s policies (in terms of the conservative they may be talking to at the time, or writing about in an article).

They even pay to have billboards put up around the United States asking “Where is the Birth Certificate?”... I don’t know of any other news source anywhere that has paid to put up these kinds of billboards all over the country.
If you’re interested in the Obama Birth Certificate issue, you’ll find a lot of older articles from them on it, and they always have new articles coming up all the time. They are always hammering away at this issue and it’s a new source that is well worth supporting by going and clicking on their links.

That plan will only work if most people remain in the dark.
Granted, many will.
But the more they bring it up, regardless of how they try to paint the issue, the greater the number of people who will actually hear the facts about said issue.
And the facts are NOT in the media’s favor.
I wonder if Obama is already being blackmailed by his enemies - and by that I mean the Clintons - into pushing a far left agenda. The urgency over the health care issue is crazy.
If The Kenyan fails, Hitlery is well placed to run against him in 2012.
