Yes. It has had the "new" McNamara terminal for, what, 10 years? Then, late last year, they opened the converted international terminal and quit using the horrible terminal you're thinking of.
The new terminal is nice, but the train is horridly loud.
The good part is you don’t really have to go to DETROIT-Detroit to use it.
Well, that’s good to hear they got rid of that dungeon and now have a nice airport.
