First, lets look at who is covered by the oath of office from Article six of the U.S. Constitution:

U. S. Constitution, Article Six Oath of Office for elected officials:

” The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.”

These folks are duty bound to support the very document from which they derive their powers. They cannot ignore any portion of it without undermining their authority over the people. It is not a pick and choose document. Any one of these people has the legal standing to demand to see the long form birth certificate of anyone seeking to be President and no judge can deny them for it would be asking them to ignore the law while trying to enforce it at the same time.

We need to start pressing legal charges against all of our local representatives and senators covered by the oath of office in Article six for disobeying their oaths to support the Constitution as it pertains to the language of section three of the Twentieth amendment. Put PRESSURE on them to represent the document that gives them their authority in the first place. We are looking into how best to do this down here. We all should be looking into this approach. NOW.

Now for my next dumb question...

What is the legal action that can be taken against any representative that refuses to carry or obey the constitution?

It looks as if this could a very lengthy legal ordeal at best.

By the time it is resolved we will be ready for the next presidential election anyway.

ABSO Fricken LUTELY! I've been saying this myself. Our congressmen refusing to demand this man's qualifications and investigate the lack thereof have committed HIGH TREASON in my view. There need to be filed 500+ accusations of treason within all 50 states and they need to be filed yesterday. They need to be held to account or our country is finished.
