IIRC, we, the people, did not encourage the somalis to emigrate. The US State Dept. under GWB(?) BROUGHT them here. As the current administration is planning on bringing palestinians to the USA.
Truly, our government, as managed the past 40-60 years, is the enemy of the people it was constructed to protect.
