Are they talking about Bill Ayers and the Weather Underground? Or the Black Panthers? Or both? Where's Obama to defend his supporters on this? Oh, I forgot, he wasn't born when they killed cops and blew up buildings. My bad.
Like many other Frepers, I recall the bad old days of rampant leftist political violence quite well.
With the exception of the gang street violence, such as the insanity at the '68 Democrat convention, their serious violence was almost always the sneaky cowardly kind - sort of like the muslim belt bombers - except the American lefties didn't wait around to go up with the bombs they set off. Too bad.
They faced others who could fight back only when it wasn't avoidable. They preferred bombing and maiming innocent, defenseless people.
Now the old 60's terrorists and murderers are upper middle class housewifes and professors living off the fat of the land in places like Chicago and hob-nobbing with friends in high places.
If the lefties go berserk again like they did in the 60's it will start with sneak attacks and mob/gang racial attacks against outnumbered, unarmed innocents - more of the blacks mobbing outnumbered whites like the recent incidents that have been going on lately. The big difference is that they were fighting the government last time. This time they will be attacking the same people the government is attacking - taxpaying, middle America.
But this time a lot of people on the other side are ready to defend themselves. One of these times the racial gangs or other lefties are going to hit the trip wire and all havoc is going to break loose. They soon won't find it so easy to push people around and walk over them. I hope they have enough sense not to push it to the limit but that is not their style - they usually overdo everything.
