Hollander’s case dropped dead on the courthouse steps, same as AIP Markham Robinson’s case did in CA (Robinson vs. Bowen) and same as all the Obama suits so far. So it never got into court. If by some Jupiter-leaves-its-orbit kind of event Hollander’s case had gone forward, he might have faced legal sanctions if it could have been shown he knew it was a forgery. (Nobody has alleged that Hollander was part of the forgery.) Not that it matters, but if IIRC there was no “legal team” for Hollander - his case was pro se, although there were outside comments by some legal eagles.

Thanks! My Mother is 92. Until late last year, she could have scared the bejeebers out of some wiht the fatcs she could recall immediately when ask. If McCain’s Mother says he was born in the Canal Zone, that’s good enough for me. But it would not have been sufficient if challenged in a court, if there were docuemtns to the contrary. But then democraps ‘create’ documents all the time.
