Woodyman ( who joined today) is using a variation of the “Nut and Slut” argument. I've seen this argument used by a number of posters defending Obama. ( many who had joined that day or a few days earlier.)
In essence his question implies that the Constitution Defenders are so paranoid and “nutty” that no amount of evidence would satisfy them, so why should Obama bother.
I don’t say that it would be settled if he provided to authentication a $12 piece of papaer. He committed perjury on his Illinois Bar application, he presented a false document via the Internet (it is not a document, BTW, just a jpg fabrication) claiming it proves his eligibility, her has spent hundreds of thousands on detectives and lawyers to seal every piece of data on his suspicious past ... no, I won’t be satisfied with just a long form birth certificate becasue if the lying prick used foreign citizenship to travel or obtain college funding and special treatment, he is not an America and he needs to be in prison, asap. This isn’t about Obama’s citizenship. It’s about some people who are into conspiracy theories ( like Rosie O’Donnell and the 9-11 truthers). They like them because it’s entertainment.
Why is it entertaining? Who knows? Overactive imaginations maybe.
The problem is that to associate this stuff with conservatives is just as bad for them as the “Bush knew about 9-11 in advance” conspiracy theory was for the liberals.
Anytime you want to shut a liberal up all you had to say was “Yeah I bet you think 9-11 was an inside job.”
If you want to start a conspiracy theories you could make a good case that George Soros is funding this stuff to make conservatives look like idiots.
