Yeah... I'm just afraid the judge will rule somehow in a way that doesn't require Obama to produce the goods.
All it takes is a court requesting Obama to show the documents. What's he gonna do? Get an injunction? Get a circuit court to overrule? He can't keep doing that without it becoming the story in itself.
At some point he needs to dish those papers up.
If you go back and read the articles I posted, it doesn't sound like the judge(a Marine) is gonna “blink”...
otherwise he would have dismissed the case...
in essence, he said “I jus gots to know.” LOL
Or, more likely, he will dismiss the case due to lack of legal standing on the part of the plaintiff.
