Have you _read_ that bill? The contents are unreal.

Start with page 16, where it clearly states that you can keep your current private insurance, but if you try to change ANYTHING about it, you lose it - and NOBODY can sign up for any other private plan.

So if you refuse to have yourself or your children inoculated (say they have a swine flu vaccine that they want to force upon your family and you hear that the vaccine is like the 1970’s vaccine and has a nasty side effect). Can they take away your children or put you in custody?

I would like to know of the answer to this question.

Many States already have something like this. It’s called PACT. Shrinks come to your house and shoot you up with anti-psychotics or antidepressants against your will. It’s a form of home commitment. This will just federalize the thing. Take the shot or be locked up. Let them shoot your kids up or the State Child Theft Bureaucracy will take them from you.

When the Feds run health care, they will have a mandate to reduce health care costs. Some obvious targets.

Ban tobacco.
Ban red meat.
Manditory vaccination.
Manditory excercise.
Government enforced weight limits.

How would this affect those of us that homeschool? They can’t kick my kids out of school if I don’t have their vaccines up to date. What happens then?
