The Constitution does not contain enforcement provisions.
Our Congress has never seen the need to spell out enforcement of this matter, or regulations that might help us now would exist.

Our forefathers, who participated in the forming of the Constitution, never imagined that the national populace would go all the way to and through an election for President, without ensuring he was a natural born citizen.

I guess they didn't think anyone would even be fool enough to try it.
