It would be interesting to know the unit cost of the typewriters under this contract. I’ll betcha it’s more than what you can get a decent laptop for.
perhaps, but we do not have the computer infrastructure to fill-out and process reports on laptops. the bureaucracy is too massive. we fill out forms in quadruplicate and send a copy to 4 different departments.
