I’m a Human Resources guy for my day job, was on the employment side (penance for something I must have done to someone somewhere at some time) for several years.

It’s funny that freepers don’t get the intense cynicism behind this kind of ad. But if you’re not in the biz, I guess it’s easy to see this the way it is being seen on this thread.

We want your application (you A-A females) so we can report out that the pool of minimally qualified applicants matches the demographics of the area in which the job is located. It’s called keeping the fed off of your a$$.

Like many government programs, folks working in those areas become expert at appearing to be in compliance while continuing business as usual.

Exactly....SPHR here.....hated working for the “gov’t” even in private biz...so got out of it. They are reflecting what gov’t intervention causes....

You obviously haven't seen the make up of State & Federal employees lately. Black females are the number one employee of the government.
