We don't know that yet. I expect that the other shoe has yet to drop, and the Major may yet be court-martialed. I don't think that the Major's lawyer is going to get very far asking the Court to force the president to produce his long-form BC, either.

In the beginning I thought ObaMao had a valid birth certificate and just refused to show it to prove he was bigger than the U.S. Constitution. Now, I'm not so sure.

If he really was born in Kenya, Congress is going to have to do some legal maneuvering to pass an ex-post facto law to override the constitution.

Or, we'll be swearing in Joe Biden as president.
