I just thought it ironic as all cases against Barry have benn dismissed for “No Standing”.

This caused me to wonder if Obama has “No Standing”?

I understand the quandry the military is in. They will figure it out.

Now that I have thought this through, if Obama has no standing and the military cannot determine if they are receiving orders from a legitimate President, then does Obama eventually find himself without a standing army?
