I can’t tell what the flag is, please let me know. Our next door neighbors are Japanese and fly a Japanese flag but at least they fly it in the back yard.
It’s a Soviet flag. Do your Japanese neighbors fly the current flag of Japan or the “Rising Sun” flag ?
