Already answered, but once again, yes on all fronts.

Other posters have already admitted they made those comments. And, not for nothing, but site moderators reinstated them after pulling them, so your allegation is really out of left (sorry right) field.

If by “other posters” you mean your operatives then YES!

And an agent provocateur would NOT do this?

Why?

I wasn't part of that original thread, but I find this comment interesting. You state the mods did pull those comments (thus acknowledging they where inappropriate for this site), but then, it seems after this controversy blew up they reinstated them. Do you think that maybe the mods knew something about who posted those comments and knew the story about leftist trolls coming to this site, making these comments to smear the site? It has happened before and they did just this, restore the comments to expose who made them so as the story unfolds, it can be traced back.

It seems you and your KOS buddies may have stepped in it here. If even one of those can be traced back to you or other known KOS trolls, it will be very interesting.

I still don’t understand why you quoted the posters but did not give their screen names in the article.

I read the first few responses on the thread and switched to another thread.

I would like to have the screen names posted along with the quotes.

I have bought my kids peace t-shirts, they remind me of the 70’s, funky, so the thread was a non-interesting thread to me. I didn’t go past the linked story of the thread.

I find it unusual that you quoted some screen names of those who didn’t post the vile comments, but no screen names of those who did.

Why not? I’d like to have known who they were so I could have looked up their posting history.

Without screen names your article is lacking.

Mr. Parry, It's not an allegation, and I won't make that allegation unless I have specific evidence. And unless such evidence turns up, I'm prepared to drop the matter. I understand that simply laying a predicate in the form of a question can potentially be damaging, e.g., Ever murder a 7-year old in Central Park? - so I don't want to be disingenuous here. So I'll repeat: In my opinion, there's only a scandal here if Mr. Parry made the racist posts, cooperated with those making them, or knew the that the racist posts were spoofs - and I have zero evidence to that effect. So what are we left with? Like the great majority of reporters, you're a lefty who choses and slants his articles accordingly. But because the evidence of your leftism has been pushed to center stage by FreeRepublic.com, the public will be able to judge your work accordingly. So this thread is, as Miss Stuart is wont to say, a good thing.
