You get 300 people on the list to buy a ticket for a given flight next month out of JFK. Then you have them all show up at the same time, all get refused, and then have them blockade the security gates, demanding their seat.
Cue news cameras showing 300 ordinary, middle class Americans with no terrorist ties, telling their stories to the entire nation on CNN as cops drag them off, one at a time, for daring to protest their presence on a government blacklist.
Next day, the list will be halved. Guaranteed.
