Here is a hot one liner reply to a long, well thought out and well written post. And you make the original poster's point. There is a clear decline in the quality of posts on this board and a definite upward trend in both silliness and triviality. I'll use "trivilaity" as a kinder and gentler word that my real thoughts call forth.
Rule number one ought to be never to post what you would not speak aloud to a person. Number two (and even harder) is recognize when ones emotion has gotten out of hand and walk away long enough to regain control of oneself.
