If you use Firefox,
install the Screengrab extension. It will automatically take a screen capture of the entire page and save it.
If you don't use Firefox, why not? ("I use Safari/Opera/Chrome" is an acceptable answer. "I use Internet Explorer" is not.)

Thanks, but what button (or keyboard combination) do you press to get it to capture? I tried “Print Screen” and it didn’t do anything.

If you're using IE, select mail, send page, and send it to yourself. This puts a verifiable timestamp on the capture via your ISP.
