Feinstein favors an investigation into Bush lawyers' "criminal actions" against terrorists
Fox News Sunday | 7/12/09

Posted on 07/12/2009 7:25:29 AM PDT by pabianice

With the trojan horse announcement that VP Cheney "hid a super-secret security proram" from Congress, Panetta meekly caves to the Leftist lunatics and it is now a safe bet that Obama will give Holder the OK to send Bush administration lawyers to jail while publicly humiliating Cheney. This lets Pelosi off the hook. Her buddy Feinstein knows this and thus her statement this morning. The DailypsyKOSis crowd owns Obama and wants to kill or injure as many Bush people as possible. I also predict they will try to imprison the former head of the CIA.

This investigation is ok if they also investigate Clinton's firing of all his DOJ attorneys.

Feinstein needs to be out of the Senate...to be put in pasture.

Look at Obama’s minions cover for the fool. This is a big head fake to get people to stop looking at his plan of destruction. I could be wrong and they are simply doing this because the cabal is out of ideas, nah.

Nope. No one cares.
It's the failing Oboma economy, stupid, but nice try.

This is all a smoke screen to deflect the media from Obama’s economic woes. They figure if they can keep the focus on the previous Administration they can buy time. The idea that VP Cheney directed the CIA to do anything is laughable. In case anybody wants to read the constitution, the Vice President of the Unites States has no statutory authority to direct or order any portion of the executive branch unless specifically delegated that authority by the President.

This will blow up in their face.

It's the economy people are concerned about. Pulling out the old Bush card isn't going to help pay the bills, now is it?

Exactly. They are trying to rally the lefty loons as poll numbers plummet and they might gain their favor, but they do so at the expense of the country. Once again ideology over country. The regular folks won’t be pleased with this sideshow. It actually wreaks of desperation, and that is a good sign.

Typical headfake from the democrat commie party. Now that people are starting to see hopenchange was always a crock of BS, they have to take the focus back to Bush and Cheney.

It will give their MSM and leftist bootlickers something to focus on rather than have to spin what a total failure the commie takeover is.

You are right. Most of the public doesn’t care about this stuff. Bush is gone.

One side just wants their pie, the other side is waiting for the King of Pie to get booted before he ruins the country.

They figure if they can keep the focus on the previous Administration they can buy time.

The economy is the #1 issue. Under Bush, the markets hit record highs. Economically speaking, Bush looks like a hero right now.

Yes, let's talk about the Bush tax cut economy vs. the Oboma spend, rape, and plunder economy.

“Had [President Bush’s Warrantless Surveillance Program” been in place before the [9/11] attacks, hijackers Khalid Almidhar and Nawaf Alhazmi almost certainly would have been identified and located.” [Andy McCarthy]

Another Friday night, another dump by the Obama administration of a report underscoring the vital importance of President Bush’s post-9/11 national security tactics.

The above quote about Midhar and Hazmi and is from Gen. Michael Hayden, the former CIA director who was director of the NSA when that agency ran Bush’s “Terrorist Surveillance Program.” It is a bombshell mentioned in passing on page 31 of the 38-page report filed by five executive branch inspectors general (from DOJ, DOD, CIA, NSA, and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence) pursuant to Congress’s 2008 overhaul of FISA (the 1978 Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act)

I say we act like a banana republic. The new regime can just line the old generals up and shoot them after a fair trial.
