You've figured it out. Here's a secret ~ I seem to be the ONLY Freeper (out of 400,000) who has ever worked in an automotive plant organized by the UAW.

I'm also apparantly the ONLY Freeper who has ever worked in a frozen food locker (we cooked, breaded and then froze chicken for a contract to supply the New York World's Fair).

Plus, I worked in a concession stand at a drive-in theater.

There were yet other jobs of similar nature. You could do two weeks worth of Mike Rowe's "Dirty Jobs" covering them.

Then, there was my stint as an 11F40 (MOS for an Infantry Scout)

I spent most of my adult working life in America's most thoroughly integrated organization ~ the United States Postal Service.

Trying hard to remember if I ever belonged to a country-club.

.................................................

Guess not. No country clubs in there. Must not have been a member. Don't even own a tennis racket.

I was USW in the late lamented steel industry and I bused tables at a country club. That's where I was learned my manners.
