None of whom are running for national office, or stand a snowball's chance of getting a nomination. Of those, Rush is the only one who might draw a sizable crowd. Newt Gingrich and Rick Perry both might run for the GOP nomination. And hopefully, Mike Pence will be Speaker of the House by then.
