Well, I guess the way I look at it, is the same way some FReepers look at guns. They are useful for certain things and can be used the wrong way.
Guns can be useful or not useful, depending on how they are used. They can be life-saving or murderous, again depending on how they are used.
To me, common sense is something that can be useful or not, and can be used in a good way or in a bad way. It all depends on the “worldview” of the person who is using it, I think. But, “inherently” I don’t think there is anything wrong with it. It just depends on whose authority it comes under.
