The disabilities act of 1990 was signed in by G. H Bush. This only goes to show that any government power grab, even by republicans is bad because it always ends up crushing freedom in the end. Just shows what happens once we stray from constitutional limits.

The disabilities act of 1990

My company was forced to install a wheelchair lift at one of the entrances to our plant front offices from the shop area at a cost of a few thousand dollars. This required lift had to its left, steps up to the doorway and on the right a slanted walkway up to the doorway which had always been there, by the way, to accomodate workers moving furniture or filing cabinets in or out of the building.........

The wheelchair lift itself was never used in the entire 16 years of its existence..........but we had to be "ADA Compliant"........
