There had to be 30 or so parking bays for handicapped, with only one or two being occupied.
I frequently see people getting out of their Corvette or [insert fancy sports car here], bearing a handicapped placard, and walking into the grocery store. They seem to walk just fine to me. This particularly irritates me because my 72 year old father, with a hip replacement and two knee replacements, hobbles into the store from a regular parking space. He refuses to get a handicapped placard since he feels they are for the truly handicapped.
Doctors sign off on those all the time, for basically any reason...It's become a parking racket....And a joke.

Although I agree with you in principle some accommodations are completely unreasonable, as in this case.
There are multiple places to get a burgers, your cousin just needs to go some place that can accommodate them.

I know a lady with a handicapped parking placard.
Her ‘handicapp’ is that she occasionally has SEIZURES!
(Yup - you read that right! She DOES have a valid LICENSE!)
